Non Resident Hunting License
You may apply for the outfitter sponsored license from FWP OnLine Licensing 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
After you have booked your hunt we will send you complete information on how to make the application along with our "outfitter sponsor number." Please read the information carefully before starting the OnLine application
For a preview go to:

Purchases may be made using a MasterCard or Visa credit card. This is a good deal if you have a card that provides rewards.
We believe the OnLine system is quicker, simpler and less prone to mistakes than the land mail application. We hope to have all of our hunters use it this year.
For the 2010 season the “Outfitter Sponsored Non-resident License" prices are tentatively set as follows:
Big Game Combo Elk & Deer - $1250
Elk license without the deer - $995.
Deer license without the elk - $995.
The outfitter-sponsored licenses in these three categories will be available in unlimited numbers for applications received by March 15, 2010.
If less than the MT Fish & Game Commission's target of 5,400 licenses with an elk tag are not sold, or less than 2,250
of the deer only licenses are not sold by March 15, the remaining licenses will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until the targeted number of licenses have been sold.
Almost every year we have a guest who mistakenly purchases the wrong license.
So here is a "heads up" and an explanation:
Fish, Wildlife & Parks has not done a good job of naming their licenses. The names they use cause confusion.
The only elk and deer combination license available is called the "Big Game Combination." That is straight forward enough. But their elk license without the deer tag is called an "Elk Combination License" and the stand alone deer license is called a "Deer Combination License."
They call the latter two licenses "combination license" because they also come with an Upland Bird and a Fishing license.
The "Outfitter Sponsored Big Game Combo Elk & Deer" is the license we suggest you bring on all of our guided big game hunts. Elk and mule deer both occupy the same habitat everywhere we hunt.
